Logging in and viewing quote requests
After completing the registration process, getting started is easy. Log in to your TDA Language Professional account at www.tdabids.com. You will be able to view all your project requests, assigned projects and invoice reminders quickly and easily online. By clicking on “Respond to New Requests” language professionals are directed to a list of new quote requests organized by project. Click on the project name to review the details and respond to the bid.

Open negotiation process: the Assignments Table
Buyers and language professionals can negotiate price quotes by using the Assignments Table. The Assignments Table outlines the project conditions while providing a forum for open negotiation. Language professionals may also receive “blank” requests in which a buyer asks the language professional to make an opening offer. Alternatively, language professionals may receive requests in which the buyers have pre-defined some or all of the project conditions, such as, delivery date, file format, translation software used, word counts, price, and/or special instructions before submitting the a bid request. When the language professional and the buyer agree to the conditions, the buyer will issue an online purchase order for the language professional the start the project.

Centralized project management: easy file sharing system
TDABids.com file system gives language professionals a controlled, read-only access to the buyer's documents. Language professionals can download the source files for review before submitting their price quotes, but once submitted, access to the files is restricted until a Purchase Order is issued. Language professionals deliver completed files to a specific file folder online, which buyers can access once the project is completed.

Track projects: from the P.O. to the invoice
With TDABids.com, language professionals can track all language projects online and view their status from start to finish. TDABids.com makes it easy to manage multiple projects from multiple corporate buyers from a single location.
Once the project is delivered, the language professional is sent a reminder to issue an invoice for the assignment and provided all the necessary information to bill the buyer.
